Privacy Policy

What we collect. We collect contact, phone-line, device IMEI, physical SIM shipping address, plan, service-request and billing information, plus limited technical data, to provide service, arrange SIM delivery, manage payments, answer requests and prevent abuse.

Who receives it. We share information as needed with the carrier and its representative, Square for payments, ChatGPT Sites for hosting, Google for email and fonts, and when legally required. These providers process information under their own policies. Square collects card details; this website does not store card numbers.

Security and retention. Private records are restricted to the owner. Signup transfer credentials are encrypted and become inaccessible after 24 hours. Other customer and carrier-account records are retained for service, billing, disputes and recordkeeping needs, with deletion reviewed manually.

Your choices. Email phoneplan613@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may retain records needed for outstanding transactions or legal obligations.

Tracking and changes. We do not sell personal information or add advertising trackers. The app does not respond separately to browser Do Not Track signals; providers may collect technical data under their own policies. Policy updates are posted here with a revised date.
